Welcome to AbiLean Training. By accessing our website and engaging in our personal training services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

Services & Membership

We provide personal training services, including one-on-one sessions, group training, and fitness programming.

Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services independently. Minors (under the age of 18) may participate in training sessions only if a parent or legal guardian provides written consent.
Health & Physical Readiness: Your safety is our priority. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition. Detailed health disclosures and physical readiness requirements are set forth in our mandatory Release of Liability and Waiver, which must be signed prior to the commencement of any training.

Mandatory Liability Waiver

Participation in any training program is strictly contingent upon the execution of our Release of Liability and Waiver.

Requirement: You acknowledge that you are required to sign a separate, detailed liability waiver every time you purchase a training package. For minors, this waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Integration: The terms of that signed waiver—including its specific health representations and assumption of risk clauses—are incorporated into your agreement with us by reference. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel sessions without refund if a current, signed waiver is not on file.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or booking portal.
Service-Specific Policies: Each training session or service has its own specific cancellation and rescheduling policy, which is clearly displayed at the time of booking.
Enforcement: By completing a booking, you agree to the specific cancellation terms for that session. These policies are enforced automatically through our Wix booking system. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged or forfeited according to the specific policy associated with the booked service.

Payments & Purchase

Payments: Payment is required at the time of booking or package purchase.
Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for unused sessions or packages, except at the sole discretion of AbiLean Training.

Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately, without refund, for any client (or accompanying guardian) who engages in harassment, illegal activity, or behavior that threatens the safety of the trainer or other clients.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
